the 2,891,739 Special Warrants At $1.15 dated march 8.99 The special warrants may be excercised at any time up until 5:00 Pm the fifth business day following the date on which a receipt is issued by OSC for final prospectus. (Which was June 25.99) 5 days would be today. warrants not exercised by the time of expiry will be deemed to be automatically exercised on behalf of the holders therof immediately prior to time of Expiry.
