speaking of taint, what about larry ellison? I think the stuff that went on at ifmx was comparable to the stuff that went on at oracle. but i'm sure prince larry never knew about it.

Siebel may screw-up somewhere, but it won't screw-up its financials.

For reasons unrelated to the issue of fraudulent financials, I just finieshed reviewing the proxy statement containing the names of directors, their area of expertise, and the companies they have served as employees and directors. It's a very impressive group of people. I'd be very surprised, totally shocked, if Siebel's board would allow anything of this sort happen.
