Are all of the jurors single, without friends or family, completely and absolutely sequestered?

After the judge's "little white lie" comment, my guess is the jury found out within about 8 hours at the most.

Leaking this gem might save him the trouble of ruling on the mistrial motion for the outrageously prejudicial closing comments by the plaintiff.

Tobacco will win this one, and perhaps earlier than the supreme court.

Anyone have any feel for the short term move in the stock if MO found guilty and if they're found innocent? Has anyone seen any analysts comments since the meeting?

Yes, the idea that the information leaked back to the jurors is not too far fetched.

We should know something soon. The jurors are probably planning what to do on the 4th of July.
