Dear John: I have a hard time figuring a 1/4 pt or even a 1/2 pt rise in rates will effect EMC in the long run. First of all, I believe EMC has no debt (although havent checked recently), Secondly, EMC has a product that is absolutely necessary and I am led to believe more effecient meaning cheaper to operate in the long run. Thus company's will need additional storage regardless. Unless people feel such an increase will slow down growth to such an extent the internet will freeze in place--somehow I doubt that. JDN
