Deal with Web's Premiere Retailer

NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- fashionmall.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: FASH), a leading vertical web portal focused on fashion, signed a product information license today with Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) for participation in Amazon's "Shop The Web" service.

The contract grants Amazon.com the right to use listings of products sold by fashionmall.com, Inc. to offer to the extensive Amazon.com consumer base. Products photographs and descriptions will be refreshed every two weeks and will be featured on the Amazon.com site with a direct link to the relevant page on the fashionmall.com, Inc. website(s).

fashionmall.com, Inc. operates the fashionmall.com (http://www.fashionmall.com), the vertical fashion portal, and outletmall.com (http://www.outletmall.com), an on-line off-price fashion site. fashionmall.com, established in 1994, combines an online shopping mall with fashion content to provide a centralized site for manufacturers, retailers, magazines and catalogs to advertise, display and sell their products. Outletmall.com offers name brand designer merchandise at discounts of 25% - 75% off retail prices.
