Katie just got back from the health club Mr. Sirk. I see we are having quite a ride this morning.

Lance B (for boy) is full of all kinds of misleading information (but only because he cares so much for everyone here, I'm sure).

Attention all PCES shareholders: here are the facts:

1. Roger Hughesman has only one job: keep PCES filings current. Mr. Hughesman has nothing to do with what happens to the PCES shell.

2. Joe Dunham at Equity Dynamics is in charge of finding a prime candidate for the PCES shell. He currently has three prime candidates, all of which could take PCES to a Nasdaq listing. Call Joe yourself at 515-244-5746

3. Mr. John Pappajohn makes all final decisions on what happens to the PCES shell. He is thought by anyone who knows him to be an honorable man. Mr. Pappajohn is also the largest shareholder (both common and preferred), therefore he is likely to make sure his investments make him money. Check out Mr. Pappajohn's bio at pappajohn.com

Finally, Lance B. does not care enough to hand out umbrellas when he rains on everyone's parade.

KatieKommando loves all mankind. She just has to kick a little bootie once in a while.
