John:
I write puts and have been assigned only 300 shares out of all PUTS written. Has been very profitable and write them on pullback of stock. Any in the money PUT's I rollover to the next month before expiration. I do about 1/2 of them at the money with excellent premiums and another 1/2 deep in the money expecting RMBS @ 150 soon.
I keep the total number of PUT equal to the maximum of shares I can justify holding long in case of INTC change of mind.
