TK; I realize that there is more business out there than you could shake a stick at.. and that you can pick (or fire ) your clients.... but having relationships with someone like T could be quite beneficial by way of referencability, while I'll agree that having one with F may not be (too much bureaucracy to deal with and too much BS negotiating rates).....if they dropped F who would care, but dropping T is different (IMO) since T is a major new market player....I think that can be seen in the price drop...

I can understand why a company might drop a client if the company can negotiate better consultant rates at another company (supply/demand), so what you are saying is revenue growth rate and increasing backlogs are overwhelming any need to develop goodwill, "major" clients, etc..

But why release the information in news? why not just quietly drop their relationship or reduce the effort?
