Sam, why is it that when I speak of God and the relationship with commerce I should shut up?

I was simply expressing a viewpoint, and having an open dialogue. Why do you defensively perceive that as "preaching"?

I applaud and admire many of the posts written by you and Terrence. And I have never told you to "shut up. Does free speech and the free exchange of ideas threaten your mental models in some obtrusive way?

There was certainly nothing in that post to cause such a rude reaction. Except the fact that you travelled up "ladders of inference" in area's of your mind I can only imagine exist.

In all fairness to Michael, Sam, I don't think he mentioned the Bible in his post, except to point out that our Presidents take an oath of office on it, which is true.
