I think I'd take that too. But the question is, at what price? Soundview says the HyperTV part is conservatively valued at 1 billion (hence their $25 price target). Liberty Digital would be wise to make a play before ACTV demonstrates some impressive revenue growth and cash flow.

You remember when Samuels said at the shareholders meeting "forget the day to day movements of the stock, just put it away and forget it", maybe he should have added "because after I sell a half million shares the stock's going to be dead meat for quite some time."

But what about there poison pill with all the dilution and increase in their voting right.

Of course if they went along with it I guess it wouldn't happen .
