It seems that they don't seem to know the difference between MicroOS and the compression format. Perhaps you should show us the questions that you asked. Did you explain what MicroOS is? Perhaps they are working with LU and EDIG is behind the scene working with LU. Why don't you just e-mail Wendy? The worst thing she could say is "no comment."
