Hawaii, it appears there may have been some institutional buying last week. The problem is that it seems sporadic and there are always sellers to bring the price back down. Given the timing of the IPO, the next couple of weeks should be strongly to the upside. Let's see what materializes.

FWIW, Per CNBC, long distance sector down over 3% this morning over concerns of an upcoming long distance war...how will NTOP generate profits. Have you seen an prospectus?
