MNI,

Sorry, I just like to pontificate a little louder than
most. Sorry if my methods seem a little...unorthodox.
My point was that this stuff has been going on ever since
recorded history. Anyone who believes otherwise does not
understand or know history. As for Clinton, I find it
interesting that for the first time in history, the
President has completely altered the doctrine of American
involvement in foreign lands. I'm surprised that you don't
see all these headlines proclaiming a "New World Order",
or Clinton's New Manifest Destiny. He has been doing some
really strange things in foreign policy. It sounds great
in news bites but all the old hacks in the State Department
and the CIA, and all over the world are probably laughing
at Bill Clinton's ignorance. Are we really about to create
a brave new world where the most powerful military machines
ever created are fighting on behalf of justice?

Anyhow, it appears that the American public does not buy it.
Clinton's approval rating has fallen to 48% with a *50%*
disapproval rating. Americans are unsure just what this
President has created in Kosovo. I'd be worried. The KLA
is not exactly a bunch of boyscouts.
