Mark, appreciate the response. They have admitted the problem lies with the data provider and suggested the were evaluating alternative services. In the meantime however, the options chains off the website generally appear to be more reliable and the data is different.

Why with such a sophiscated package they have to add options symbols by hand as they become available is uncomprehensible and sounds to me to be unmaintainable...an exercise in frustration for an options trader. Further this does not sound like a problem with the data provider. Never know if what I'm looking at is complete or not. My broker shows strikes Qcharts doesn't acknowledge. I have suggested I'm willing to pay more for accurate data.

To add to the frustation, on the surface it would appear they've experienced a setback in their efforts to buildup the service departments, and the folks that provided feedback here and on the onelist service seem to be quietly dropping out of sight...I suspect in favor of the new Qfeed list where only registered Qcharts developers can subscribe.

Otherwise, I'm one of Qcharts greatest cheerleaders.

Is anyone out there aware of another package in this price range with consistently reliable options data?

Thanks,

sf
