Rick, I've watched IATR since before the name change from TPEG, was originally alerted to TPEG on this board a few months ago. The name change was supposed to be associated with an exciting new fundamental development with IATR that has apparently fallen through, negotiations ended, etc. This accounts for the prior price drop. Since then, there appears to be accumulation in the move from 1-1/16 or so to the recent possibly interim high, the retracement was on light volume. So, in that light, I ask myself "is there 1/2 or 3/4 possible here" - yes, I'd say, but the real question is plus 1/2 or minus 1/2! That's the danger I seem to seek out in gizzards that have fallen. Anyway, that's why I bought. Not quite the five TA reasons Mark recommends before we take positions but at 1-1/8 it's worth a shot.
