Here goes. The PE's used are 99 earnings. If the FY ends in a month other than Dec, the closest FY to Dec 99 is used. The source for estimates is Zack's.

CSCO--42.4
ORCL--35.8
CPWR--27.0 (Note-the market cap for CPWR is a little small--$11 b.)
TLAB--53.2
SCH--72.5
WCOM--44.7
AOL--301.4
EMC--54.6

BTW, thanks for forcing the issue. This is a good exercise regardless of the conclusion you draw.
