Carl,

regarding Reiter, Ampex spent about 300,000 for their 20% stake or 1.5 million total value. According to a 1998 D and B for Reiter, revenues for 1998 were forecast at 500,000, so I don't think Reiter is close to an IPO candidate...I could be wrong; I certainly don't have any look at their numbers and I also heard Carl Reiter talk about the high revenue growth at NAB
