Major obstacle delayed.

This announcement was discounted. IMO, unless we rocket up through $16, we will resume the downtrend.

Looking at the bigger picture:
1. Price downtrend still intact.
2. Debt problems still remain.
3. IRID is by no means out-of-the-woods.
