Bad sign or good sign? Yesterday, my online broker could only fill one-fourth of my order for FVCX. Today, I resubmitted an order for the rest----still not filled. Stock must be scarce. Also, bought more TWE this a.m. and didn't get charged a commission. Apparently my broker had to go chasing after those shares, too, and gave them to me free because of the delay in filling order. Strange that these rare things happen at a time of low-volume trading. Put in a real low buy order for WCOM--probably won't get filled. Still holding a little WITC purchased in the teens.
