Here we are at the cusp of July 1999, and Westell sits at 6.5. It is hard not to feel that the whole ride was to nowhere. In spite of the hopelessness of it all, maybe tomorrow. Stock can still make a run with a good summer rally and a good earnings report and some additional news. But I have only said 10 to 12 and I stick to that.
