Hi Sarkie Bug, What you're going through must be so hard, and now the delay after getting braced for it aaaargh but I'm sure you'll find that the timing of all is for the best for some reason as delays like this always are. I commend your strength in taking your Parental stand and hope the day soon comes that your daughter can put the reason behind her why you're still raising her too by taking care of your grandchild.
