I use First Alert a real time monitoring system.

The setups I currently use are called BA up and Gap and snap.

BA UP looks for rapid unbroken increases in both the bid and the ask. Works best with listed securities. Produces 42% winners.

Gap and snap works on any stock...provided there is adequate volume. Looks for securities that have opened .625 above prior day's high. It must then retrace some then I by it when it trades above the pre 10am est high. Produces about 50%+n winners.

Of course the wins are managed with stops and the profits therefore are greater than the losses.
