Art and all -

I was wrong. I happen to believe if you're worng you should admit it without qualification.

I am delighted to say that at first sight some of my worries about the Fed's actions were proved to be wrong. THe CNBC 'Bond Babe' has however just been on telling us that in 1995 or 1997 the FEd raised rates five times and during a period when their stance was a 'Neutral Bias'.

So the CNBC 'Bond Babe' is off and running and looking for what the Fed might do at the next FOMC meeting. They don't give up.

I have heard European commenatators saying that Wasll Street slumped yesterday ending up down 25 points. But the same comentators say 'yesterday on Wall Street the gained 150 points ...no descriptive adjectives there.

What a day!!!! Can we now concentrate on earnings.

Best regards,

L
