As a frequent lurker and almost never poster on this thread would you be so kind as to answer a question.

As lease rates rise would it seem likely the relative cost of ownership would lessen.?

I suspect Jack Thompson of HM is right, there is simply far less gold avail. for lease, there-by those wanting to lease it must PAY!.
