OUCH!! That is three ... can you see a pattern here... Just like I said ... when you naysay a stock you better have the facts. If they were shorting then they made a gain on the stock by naysaying. That is like pumping and dumping. However, a lie is a lie regardless of its intent or the side it is on ... negative or positive. :-) GB

"bob"-- Please do try to get a grip. AZNT is not suing me. AZNT is "announcing", for perhaps the fifth time since October, that they "plan" to sue me. Now they're trying to use the SEC as a free PR agent. I confess I'm amused at the thought I might be prosecuted for "tortuous interference", "illegally shorting non-securities", and for being "annoying". They really should run this stuff by their lawyers before putting it abroad.
