Who wants to sue WIT?
Do not bite the hands that feed you.
If you did not get some food, just crib that you deserved the food and WIT may oblige.

Do not sue wit any one for 100 or 1000 bucks. If you loose big (like 10K or 100K or 1 Million depending on your mileage) then only sue.

Arbitration , OK, takes two to agree..

I specifically asked them 3 times to take no action in my account without notification and approval. Wit did just the opposite. Appears they violated rules of arbiration.

This is small potatoes, BNBN is a loser for a while, execs filed to sell boat loads..negative space not good for me, lets move on. Thanks for your advice.
