I like your definition of success. You lost me on the MA reference. I uses tradecast for my intra day trading platform and First Alert as a screening tool. I don't use the charts on First Alert. I do have a 13pd ema on my 5min intra chart. I use it to get out of my successful gap and snap trades. Actually, I would like good EOD setups for daytrading that I could use Metastock's system tester to test. I have had a few of my own that I have tested but they are a mixed bag. BTW the url for first alert is chartist.com

Richard or anyone else Another newbie MSWIN question.... is there a way to create a default template consisting of two separate template windows? IOW I have 12 indicators spread over 2 templates and would like to open this pair of templates together as a unit for each new chart without going thru the open file dialog. If I could just hit apply template and both template windows would open I'd be happy. My understanding is that there can be just one default template and layouts must consist of multiple charts not multiple templates. Any help would be appreciated. Clarence
