<<E-Loan brand will be dominant.>>

djane: Thanks for sharing and I agree with your comments.

Consider the following:

1) Yahoo is VERY careful about who they invest in, buy or partner with. They own a part of E-Loan and have a significant incentive to help E-Loan be a leader. In fact, Yahoo's CEO (Tim Koogle) is an EELN board member.

2) Joe Kennedy (E-Loan's new Sr. VP of Marketing and Business Development) was Saturn's VP of Marketing and Customer Service. I talked with him shortly after he joined the company. He was a founding member of Saturn and helped build it into a multi-billion dollar automotive brand that had the strongest customer loyalty associated with it. Joe told me that he evaluated E-Loan carefully before joining. He was VERY impressed with the company's founders, their technology, their growth potential and their financial backers. He is commited to revolutionizing the way consumers experience the mortgage process. IMO, talent like this is critical for a young internet company to really execute.

E-Loan originated over half the online mortgages in the last 12 months and as the market explodes I expect that they will continue to be the leader. EELN is a LONG TERM holding for me and I have high expectations for this company.

Best Regards,

Scott
