Misplaced my notes and could use some info...should Global merge with USW, each USW share will be exchanged for 1.2 shares of Global G or L. Is there a collar on the deal? Thanks in advance to anyone who has that info at there fingertips. I bought USW when the deal was announced and tendered GBLX. Today reinvested the proceeds of the tender back into Global as per my instructions to myself but am losing some of the specifics that originally guided my thinking. Thanks again to anyone that might provide the info! When this deal got underway, I noted it was heading for arbitrage heaven or hell. Still not sure!
