Hi Vaughn, Thanks for the update. I believe (just as I have mentioned in an earlier post) some investors are selling off part of their private placement shares (acquired in March this year) to recoup their initial outlay. Of the 2,000,000 private placement shares issued in March '99, I estimate that, to date, about 250,000 shares had been sold by cautious investors and picked up by some eager buyers! Seems to me the buyers are rather optimistic about GMD's long-term prospects and that some of them obviously know something...... Doesn't this bode well for GMD? What do you think? Richnorth
