Hey Snake Eyes, usually when an investor hangs around and bad mouths a stock it means they probably missed the boat. Now your wishing for that pullback to load up.

Let me enlighten you. Notice the uptrend since the end of April. Patriot will make you money swing trading or holding long. This trend is an investor's dream. But the swings are now getting tighter as more people are looking at our little gem. Late buying today prevented anyone from picking some up in the low-mid $.50's. We may start the new uptrend immediately vice the two weeks wait period.

I spent all last week and the weekend researching all I could about the chip and it's future. Yesterday I spoke to Phil Morettini, VP Sales & Marketing to learn more about the Java 2MEE that was announced at the JavaOne expo and how it would affect the PSC1000. He said it was little more of an annoyance if anything because they will port the 2MEE. He was very confident in the chip's future. He said many people don't understand the time frame to design a microprocessor. It's very complex and takes time.
From listening to him and my research, I feel this can take off like EDIG did in April during it's feeding frenzy.

PTSC will have a max 59M shares when all warrants are called after this latest equity deal. We based EDIG's shares on 110M ! If this chip sells for $10 (Mr. Morettini wouldn't tell me) and margins are to be 30%, take a wild guess what this stock price will be if 10's of millions of these chips are manufactured. Assign a measly PE30.

In your last post, I don't think you have a clue as to the applications this chip will end up in. TV set top boxes will be your StrongArm type processors. The industry is calling for billions of our type processors to be used for pulsing motors in industrial uses, upcoming interactive toys, handhelds and many uses not even imagined yet as wireless technology comes on strong. Devices which need to be monitored by humans can now have our microprocessor on board and transmit data via Java and internet to a central monitoring location. Potential is mindboggling for this $10 component.

Two weeks ago I did notice a competitor. Advancel came out with their "TinyJ" Java chip with Access for the OS.
Mr. Morettini did agree there would be competition from Advancel, but with billions of chips needed there's room.

Porting to WIND should turn a light on upstairs and check out another partner, Charis Software. Notice the "editor's choice" and it wasn't even one of the companies sponsering the site.

So Snake, roll them die and take yer chances. Getting in <$1 ain't bad considering what lies ahead for the near future. Unfortunately many didn't see the future for EDIG in April.

SS, the PSC1000 was not intended to run a set top box - at least not in it's current design - a set top box seems to be evolving into a mini computer - maybe the PSC1000 can be used in some co processor scheme to help access the internet as Java becomes the language of choice - this would allow the ARM chip etc to do what they do best which is not accessing Java based web sites - IMO
