Hi Tony, I'm in the Bay Area this week and first let me say thanks for the beautiful weather. Reminds me of the weather we get in L.A.

I was in San Jose yesterday and took a spin by the AMAT plant. It appears to me they are doing some expansion there with a new building under construction off of the Central Expressway. Do you know anything about this? Best regards, Jeff
