based on it's current price, BII will have to appreciate 190.86% to match it's all time high. Does anyone think something will happen to cause it to go back to those level in the near term? It appears to have established a pretty solid base here at @$11.50 Canadian, with a good solid floor, but no upward push on the price and drastically lower volume. I see it range trading until a very solid buying catalyst occurs. Anyone see one on the horizon?
