Fed just announced rates raised ONLY .25% a small raised Fed fund rates to 5%, DOW big rally Nasdaq turn down to plus siude. Dow turn around 100 points IN 3 minutes.

Funancial rally, market got what they wanted.

Dow heading 11,000 , Dow +63 keep going up up and UP.

Dow +104 less than 80 points dow will hit 11,000.

Summer rally officially started.
