Yes, he did say that security was extremely tight. That it was almost impossible for anything to slip out, diamonds or solid information. He mentioned the large number of rumors, but the security was so tight that it was very unlikely that even any solid information got out. He was being phoned in Antwerp and his children were being hassled at home, a large part of the reason for the trading halt. However, no information was available until released by the guys doing the analysis.
