I agree ROO, who in their right mind would buy this stock at $3 per share when there is not much buying in at .022.. IMO I would buy after the reverse when we bottom out at .10.. Regards DG The company needs to show us something now regardless of the past or future..We have all trusted MPTV for a long time, they owe us..

Roo, I won't argue with most of your reasoning, but your math is a little off. If there was a 1:10 reverse at a beginning price of $.03 the new share value would initially be $.30, not $3.00.

Roo.. You are correct IMHO. And may I add, usually companies that do a RS have a history of doing RS; i.e., they will continue to print shares after the RS. Best wishes:)

Roo: at least you have taken the time to state your case wisely, thank you. I understand your point but my point is this. At this level .021 (thats where I have been sitting) the stock IMO is a buy. Your right post reverse has had a corrective effect (but not lasting in some cases)on many stocks, almost all but to what extent? 20-40%?? I think after the first or second wave of news the stock will trade between .05-.07 a triple from where we are here. When the revenue and income numbers start to hit we will valuate even better so even with a 5 or 10 to one reverse given present value I see a great buying opportunity here. Its my opinoin and my choice and I have to live wiht it. Also, I think it is in extremely poor (not you) taste that the posters recently bash me or the company. Hey I am a SHAREHOLDER and unlike htese basta#$% do not resort to the power of negative thinking. Why in the world would any buy a stock which all these jerks have, say they have been in the stock for years and then bash it. Look at their posts just fair weather friends. I will be positive on all stocks I buy! Not s short seller. Also, sorry to all that had to read my last post got a little miffed, sorry.
