It is a FACT that the company will not state they are capable of producing commercial product until after it has been shipped, received, and paid for. This is the guidance that has been given to shareholders. That would be a precise definition of 'commercial,' and not misleading in itself. What is misleading are your claims that they are not capable of such production. You have no knowledge as to this, and statements by the company indicate that they are capable of such production, and in fact have manufactured what they choose to term 'samples' from the same production lines that the final commercial product will be made by means of. The filings do not tell all. They merely state that they are not at the finish line yet.
