From Brieing.com: Dow Turnaround : the Dow has done an about-face following the decision to raise the Fed funds rate by 25 basis points and adopt a neutral stance bias; Dow now up 88 points after being down 54 points just prior to the announcement; similarly, the Nasdaq is up 6.51 points after being down 15.59 points.....

FOMC Decision : The Federal Open Market Committee decided to raise the Fed funds rate by 25 basis points to 5.0% following their two-day meeting; the discount rate is left unchanged; Fed adopts a neutral bias.....
