"Where is Paul??" If I recall, the bet was that DGIV would *close* at or above 2 by the end of July. Since it looks like DGIV will do that tomorrow, I guess you should send a PM to me with the address where you want your winnings from the bet ($40) sent to. If I were a DGIV investor, which I am not, I would be worried that this is the last big hurrah for the stock before it gets delisted from the OTC BB because of a lack of SEC filings.
