Well, that opened at least a temporary flood gate of $$ onto the buy side for a change, tech stocks immediately went ballistic across the board. Wonder how much importance the market will give to the "neutral bias" stance -- I thought the Fed was only going to announce "significant" changes in bias? So, is this a significant (i.e. long term) bias change, or will it last only until we get one of those bad pieces of economic data to re-ignite inflation fears again? David T.
