Thanks Bob, Yes, I meant 4x4 laptop batteries to Alliant. I understand Hanil has made excellent progress and we should be hearing more about their customers and PO's very soon. I believe a buyer for Energizer Power Systems should be identified in the next week or two and their "programs" for supplying Valence battery packs to various OEM's should get back on track.

Bob, I don't know if this will clarify the issue, but the press release announcing the Alliant purchase order, specifically referred to sales of both components (i.e., the same stuff they'd shipped to Hanil, I assume) and finished battery cells. The same press release also makes mention a few sentences later of Alliant making a "purchase order" for "lithium polymer batteries." So it seems that the company does indeed have purchase orders in hand. The fact that the release was dated on 6/24 would be entirely consistent with the language in the SEC document that VLNC is not in commercial production.
