Robert,

A few weeks back you stated...

The value of SEG's holdings in SanDisk, Dragon etc. is minor compared to its stake in VRTS - which, at today's closing price, is worth about 3.2 billion dollars. This comes to just around $14 1/2 per share of SEG. Said another way, almost 44% of SEG's value is its holding in VRTS.

I bought SEG today at $26.00 and, in doing so, increased my SNDK holdings, accumulated a couple shares of Dragon before the IPO, took advantage of the Veritas sale and got the disk drive business for a song and a dance.

I think the value of the SNDK and Dragon Systems holdings are greatly underappreciated. More than 6 million shares of SanDisk and 25% of Dragon Systems will be worth a pretty penny in a few years.
