Wrongo! Pluvia was posting before SBTK knew of the suit and before they had issued a press release announcing they had received the amended lawsuit. Before they issued the PR? Yes. Before they knew of it? Well now how exactly would you know what SBTK knew and when they knew it? Are you tacitly admitting to being a (previously undisclosed) SBTK insider?
