Never happen in MN. We never lock anybody up. 49th in the nation in incarceration rates. Just ahead of N. Dakota. They're so spread out they're too far apart to hurt each other. Speaking or rates, just like that 30yr < 6%

Escaped Killer Recaptured - (HUNTSVILLE) -- The search for an escaped killer has ended north of Huntsville. 33-year-old Clifford Jones was caught in a tree by officers today after a specially equipped helicopter spotted him last evening in a stream near the Estelle prison unit. Swampy conditions prevented the chopper from landing and the hunt didn't end until today. Jones pushed his way past a prison guard, climbed a tower holding a surveillance camera, and got past two 12- foot fences to escape in a hail of gunfire. He was serving 26-years for murder, attempted murder and assaulting a prison guard. He now faces escape charges and additional time behind bars. o~~~ O
