You forgot Rule No 0 --- Don't buy stock that comes from a company resulting from a chance encounter between an alcoholic broke promoter and a bent, unscrupulous geologist with a property that's already been inspected and rejected by the world,and is located in one of the most corrupt countries on earth, in the first place.
