GLOBALSTORE.COM ANNOUNCES NEW E-COMMERCE INTERNET SITE THAT WILL FEATURE WELL-KNOWN BRAND-NAME MERCHANDISE

Company also expects to launch Internet auction site
based on Bid.com software

Globalstore.com Inc. is proud to announce the successful launch of its new shopping web site, www.WildHippo.com. which will focus on selling popular brand name fashions and accessories, as well as specialty products.

With this new venture, Globalstore.com Inc. now sells product from a total of three web sites:
1. www.WildHippo.com
2. www.SeafoodNow.com
3. www.TicoCoffee.com

In conjunction with the launch of this exciting new web site, Globalstore.com Inc. has now completed its transition to a fully scalable e-commerce solution built upon Microsoft?s Distributed interNet Applications (DNA) architecture and the Microsoft Commerce Server platform.

In addition to this web site focused on brand name goods, Globalstore.com Inc. also expects to launch its auction platform shortly to enter the fast-growing area of auction sales on the Internet, extending its services on the Internet even further. The auction platform will be powered by www.Bid.com software and technology. Bid.com is one of North America?s leading online auction companies and is listed on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Globalstore.com Inc is also currently planning an aggressive advertising campaign in anticipation of a strong Christmas season for Internet shopping. As the result of a recent private placement, Globalstore.com, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Global eComm Ltd., announced that it would enter into a five year agreement with Cable Atlantic for the purchase of advertising of eComm?s Internet-based shopping mall on Cable Atlantic?s specialty cable channels.

Globalstore intends to pursue similar agreements with additional cable companies in Canada and the United States.
