Jacylyn, Got to stop you on this one. The Croatian ethnic cleansing occured in the Krajina region of Croatia, not Bosnia. Anyhoo, most people don't seem to know this but the CIA actually helped plan and fund that war which resulted in the cleansing of 300,000 Serbs as you pointed out. Clinton didn't stand back he helped the Croats with 200 million in weapons. As a result, Croatia became ethnically clean, Serb refugees poured into Serbia (further antagonizing the government and its supporters), the move was a violation of both a UN and Congressional Arms Embargo to the Yugoslavian Republics. Why is it Ronald Reagan got an independent council stuck on him for arming the contras and Bill Clinton gets awards and honors? Talk about teflon! -John
