Jim, it sounds like he answered the question. If they can do it when they have to, why spend the money now?

And it should be no problem getting the stock price up with all the announcements that they (for some reason) haven't released (but should).They can't wait for Q4. The next few weeks are critical. All of Wall Street is coming back Tuesday ready to rock and roll.
