regarding consolidation. i would love to see them sell 1 unit if it is not as profitable as they want. they bought all 3 units for 1 million when they are worth over 5 million. if they where to sell 1 unit for a million dollars that means they would have already recouped the exspence they made for all three. at this point they would have two units up and running for free. that sounds like a great deal to me.

as far as the neshemy mall. i talked to a friend out that way the other night. he told me that from what he heard the movie theater was going to open a food court inside. if joes is on the out side and there is a food court on the inside i think it would be a bad move for them to open a unit there at all. next time i talk to joe i will try and find out if this rummor is true or not.

as far as the press release i like the idea that it states we will be getting more information on the lock out and the 16 unit acqisition over the next couple weeks. july could turn out to be one exciting week for all us longs on joes. it only indicates that are time is near.

eat at joes GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

JOE FIORE TO YOU AND FROM ALL OTHERS THAT AGREE THANKS FOR ALL THE TIME AND HARD WORK YOU ARE PUTTING INTO THIS FOR YOUR INVESTORS AND KEEP THE GOOD NEWS COMMING.

This link provides a look at the amount of Institutional Trading in a particular stock, AFTER the Market each day.
#1. Always remember, There will be no PIE chart until sometime AFTER Market is closed each day. AFTER reporting comes in, there will be a PIE. Take a look before Market each morning or well after the close. Compare in the following days to see WHICH days there is more ORANGE in the PIE. Orange is the Instututional Trades, however you cannot tell if it is buying or selling BUT with good support or a price rise, one might assume the Institutional trades are on the Buy side.

Directions:
When you get to the above link, look for the blank above "Intervals: 5 Min 20 Min ".
Then put in whatever symbol, hit enter on key board or click "Go".
Next scroll down and there is the PIE or MOON shape, cut into percent sections of the different trading such as "Institutional". If you see this before the Market this morning you will note there was about 1/8 of the action was Institutional :)
If you will click on "Total Trade Volume" small letters just above the PIE, It will explain The PIE.
Are Institutions BUYING ? ?

Malcolm
