<<Regardless it is disappointing...I can't remember the last time Dell so significantly underperformed the Naz (on the up or down side)...>>

john: CNBC said that DELL was about 2% of the Naz and since the beginning of the year DELL is still down (a drag on the Naz). This is something we have not experienced before. I think it is temporary and am hoping for some news from DELL as well as a VERY strong quarterly performance. Today some of my larger net holdings (like CMGI, EELN, and NETP) are really outperforming the large cap techs....it will be interesting to see what happens if we get a BIG rally this summer. IMO, DELL is still way oversold (when you consider its performance). Patience may pay off.

Best Regards,

Scott

John, as I previously said on the thread...won't it be nice if Michael Dell and his team bought shares for a change? Especially in times when the stock is under such stress. Heck, Dell and the others have more than sufficient money in their personal "bank accounts". I suspect these monies were earned through Dell and the stock.

So, why don't they show more support to the shareholders at times like this?
